VetPro Naturals Products

VetPro Naturals products are sold only to licensed, practicing veterinarians in Canada and the United States. Norelkco may request documentation and confirmation prior to setting up an account and fulfilling an order.

Orders outside of the Canada and the United States, and from anyone who is not a veterinarian, will be ignored and discarded.

Ordering

Veterinarians and their staff can order VetPro Naturals products directly from Norelkco Nutraceuticals by telephone, fax or our on-line store.

A credit application will first have to be completed prior to setting up an account and shipping the first order.

Prices are the same for Canadian and American clients since the currency exchange rate is set at par. Canadian orders will be invoiced in CAD; United States orders will be invoiced in USD.

Veterinarians and clinics will be invoiced for their purchases OAC. Terms of payment will be 2% 10 Net 30. Late payment charges of 1.5% per month will apply.

Payment of invoices can be made via cheque or online banking.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and handling are FREE!. Orders in Canada will be shipped XPRESSPOST.  Orders from the United States will be shipped directly from our distribution center in the US.

Orders will normally be filled and shipped within 3 business days. If there is a delay, we will contact you by e-mail. Depending on the shipping method you selected, most orders should arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

Rush shipping is available, but there will be an additional courier fee.

Private Brands and Bulk Products 

Norelkco Nutraceuticals can provide our VetPro Naturals products under a private brand arrangement for your veterinary clinic. We can also create "designer" natural health products to your specifications. If this is something that is of interest, please contact the Norelkco office for more information.

Velvet antler powder and capsules are available to manufacturers and distributors who wish to market their own brand name products containing our ingredients. We will sell to any country where it is legal to import North American velvet antler.
