7. Velvet antler is collected from co-op members who must comply with a strict code of conduct in caring for the farmed elk and in harvesting the antlers.

8. Velvet antler is sourced only from farmed, disease-free elk herds that comply with all federal and provincial health monitoring and reporting requirements.

9. In the highly unlikely event that there is a problem with one of our products, a trace-back and tracking system is in place to identify the original source of the ingredients used.
